As a loctician with 4 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve their individual hair goals while prioritizing the health and strength of their locs. I take the time to understand each client’s unique hair needs and customize my approach to suit them. My goal is not only to provide exceptional service but also to educate my clients on proper in-salon and at-home hair care routines. I believe in nurturing and empowering each client’s crown, ensuring they leave with healthier, stronger hair and the knowledge to maintain it between visits. I am committed to creating a safe, relaxing, and accepting environment where clients feel comfortable and confident. Your hair journey is important to me, and I am here to support you every step of the way, making sure you feel heard, valued, and at ease throughout the process.
CANCELLATION POLICY
New Clients All new clients must schedule a consultation before any services can be booked. Please note, this consultation fee is non-refundable and does not apply to your first service. Services will be booked at the time of your consultation, booking an appointment before the consultation is performed will result in your appointment being canceled. Services will not be performed at the time of the consultation. Rescheduling and Cancellations Rescheduling Window- You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your scheduled service without penalty. You may use the same deposit one time before is it forfeited and a new deposit is required Last minute rescheduling- If you request a reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, you will incur a 50% cancellation fee which will be charged to the card on file. Insufficient funds and locked cards will result in being unable to book with me for future appointments. Same day cancellation- Please notify me at least 2 hour before your appointment if you are unable to make it. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% service charge to the card on file. Late Arrivals Grace period- You are allowed a 15 minute grace period, If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and a 50% rebooking fee will be required to secure a future appointment. Insufficient funds and locked cards will result in being unable to book with me for future appointments. Late fee- After 10 Minutes of your scheduled appointment time you will be charged a $15 late fee for the inconvenience. No call no show If you do not provide at least 2 hours’ notice, your appointment will be considered a No Call, No Show, and you will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the scheduled service and banned indefinitely from booking any services. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding No Call/No Show fees will be handled according to applicable legal procedures. Guest policy Due to limited space, extra guests will not be allowed inside including children. Refund Policy Non refundable payments- All services require a non refundable deposit of $30 There are no refunds on all services
